They did an excellent job. The technician was thorough, highly knowledgeable and performed flawless work. We would definitely hire them again.

The electrician, Chuck, was always very punctual, went straight to work, and got the job done quickly. He was also very good about taking time to answer any questions we had. He made good suggestions for the placement of outlets and lights. Unfortunately the office staff is not nearly as responsive as the electrician. Phone messages and emails were never answered by either the Salesman who did the on site estimate or the scheduler. I had to make many phone calls in search of an answer, and often did not get an answer until Chuck showed up at the house. Chuck and the quality of his work are the only reasons we would use this company again. Any less than stellar ratings are due to the office staff.
