BLOOMINGDAYS FLOWER SHOP

I used Teleflora, a company which I guess acts as a middle man between local flower shops for purchase orders and delivery. They in turn used Bloomingdays Flowers to fulfill the purchase order and deliver. Problem number one was that delivery times are vague, in fact they simply said "by end of day." How is that practical for someone to wait possibly an entire day in order to prevent flowers from being left out in the 90 degree Florida weather. It would have been nice to have a 2-4 hour window, so I could have planned more for my wife on Mother's day. Secondly, though the presentation of the arrangement was up to par, all of the flowers were already fully bloomed, which made me worry they would not last. Well, to no surprise, the flowers were already sagging and wilting by the end of the day. Lastly, I have been calling for the last 2 days to speak to someone, and I continue to get an answering service to place an order or leave a message. After 5 times calling in the last two days, I highly doubt they are that busy that they can't pick up the phone and call me back. This was extremely disappointing. On their card it says..."This is our guarantee to you of high quality upon arrival. We will make any necessary adjustments within 24 hrs of delivery if notified within that time." So, 2 days later and I haven't received a call back, nor does it look like anyone there cares about my dissatisfied experience. Looks like someone is trying to avoid a 24 hour guarantee. Overall, very poor customer service and quality.
