Since they were busy and took customers in between our work she didn't charge a potting fee. We had enough to look at, etc to occupy our three year old. I will be back! Thank you!!

I was looking for monkey grass. The owner said he did not have any in stock, but would order some if I like. He said it would take a week to get them in. I ordered 20 in addition to some other plants. I waited over a week and called to find out the status of my order. An employee took my name and promised to call me back. She did not. I waited another week and called again. This time I was told that they did not have my order in yet, did not know the status of it and didn't even know if it had been placed. The employee told me that they get lots of complaints from people who place orders and never get them. This is ridiculous. I cancelled my order and went elsewhere.

FWe presented our requirements and indicated that we were attracted to Bloom by their high quality and unique inventory of plants at the retail store. We turned Bloom loose to design and only ask for low maintenance, hardy plants at somewhat reasonable prices. Julie returned with a power point presentation of the plants she had selected along with an estimate. We authorized the installation and Bloom was on site at the first available date. The results are very handsome and impressive and we believe the pricing is very favorable for the quality and appearance we received.
