"We cleaned her carpet in the home she had just purchased. The carpet was very heavily soiled with pet spots through-out, some of which were permanent. Her cleaning total was only $118.84. The other charges were for sanitizing and teflon. She complained about her cleaning to myself after making many inquiries about our company. I explained to her at that time that the carpet was still wet and to let it dry. If she was still disatisfied that I would set an appointment to re-clean the carpet free of charge and to call me on Monday (this was on Sat.), she agreed. She didn't call till Friday demanding her money back because she decided to replace the carpet. The contract states that she had pet odor and stains along with heavey soiled ground in dirt and greasy/oily spots or soiling which was agreed and signed by her. She also signed that she was satisfied. We stand by our work that's why we were willing to reclean the carpet free of charge. We were up front about the condition of her carpet before any work was performed. (per her signature on the contract) Scott Weidner/Manager 6/14/06"
