Had to make several trips to the house over about a month timeframe. His guys were great. Very responsive. I'm making him my personal plumber from now on!

I called the provider and spoke with Billy Riddle and he sent his representatives out to my house the same day. They were prompt, courteous and efficient. Excellent communication skills...explained the problem clearly and provided advice on how to avoid it in the future. I will definitely use them again in the future!

He likes to do all the work himself with an assistant. When he cant come out for some reason he sends great assistants to do the job. They are clean and they do a great job at explaining things. A's all the way across.

We were very happy with them. The work was probably a small relocation and then just upgraded all the plumbing. I would definitely recommend him to others because he is the best, and is a friend of mine too.
