I have been trusting them since 2014. They do not do any upsells, like if you needed oil change, they are not going to ask you to purchase a tire. They are able to fix the issues the very first time, and the last thing one wants is to do repairs for a second time.

I knew I wanted a medium SUV. I wanted a Ford Escape. I bought a car from there years ago and had been happy with it. I went in and was very pleased. They were very helpful. I bought the car in a day. They let me off with the car and I came back in a week and paid it off as they wouldn't let me put in on a credit card. The price was excellent.

They're very good when it comes to responsiveness. It took them 45 minutes to complete the oil change. The workers are very nice. They always give me a printout and they didn't tell me there was anything awful about my vehicle, so I guess everything was fine. I think they've been very good. They've been in business for such a long time that they got it all pretty much streamlined.

Got a great deal on the auto purchase with minimal dickering or attempts to upsell. The purchase package included some free oil changes and routing maintenance which i used. Their service department was nearly as quick as a quick lube place. Once my battery failed and I took it in for testing. They determined it was defective but well within warranty so they promptly replaced it without any pro-rating. Later oil changes have been purchased at discount as a group. I have never used a dealer before for routine tasks, but have been very pleased using this one in terms of speed, price, courtesy and quality.
Also good to see the dealership contributes to local charities and local events.

Overall I was pleased. The timeliness of starting and completing the service could have been a little better. Also, while the service manager was getting approval for a discount, he got involved in a 10 minute conversation with his manager while I stood at the counter and waited.

.I was gettin my 25,000 mile check up on the car. They check the fluids, changed the oil, rotated the tires. I would says they do a really good job and I would recommend them to others, as I will continue to go to them.

I did not shop around so I don't know. I feel more comfortable going with them. They seem to have a better body shop. The other places are more reasonable but I feel very comfortable going here even though the other place is closer. They always try and get you to do something extra here and there. You need to be on your toes. I will use them in the future.
