it was horrible, I paid him $550 to fix a leak and he gave me a hard time when it rained and the same spot leaked again and again and again. Then he sent someone out and put a tarp on it and told me I needed a new roof.

His prices are very reasonable. He is nice enough to come in a replace a light bulb or carry something out. He and his wife are coming in December to organize my garage and clean it out.
