Very happy with our quarterly pest control and Manny’s responsiveness whenever needed. Treatment is effective and Manny is always pleasant, courteous, and professional. Would highly recommend him!

We were told we had to bag up a lot of food items and they would bring us the bags. Week and a half before services were to be done, no bags. I had to drive to their office and pick some up. They did not give me enough so I went back to get more and was told they did not have any more bags. The receptionist at the front desk is extremely unpleasant, totally lacking in customer service skills, someone named Madeline exceeded the rudeness bar. I did talk with a lady named Era who was very polite and helpful. Finally a gentlemen named Ernie came out of the back room and went and located the additional bags I needed. Should not have had to 1. go pick up the bags myself and 2. beg, plead and argue to get the bags they insisted I needed. Service crew was almost 2 hours late, were very loud and foul mouthed. House was tented with pieces of tent that had been duct taped together and sprayed with adhesive glue. Very shoddy. Tony, the man we signed the contract with is unprofessional, talks down, over or around women which I found to be sexist and degrading. Overall it was not a pleasant experience and I would not hire them again. We have a spare room and garage that are not attached to the house and the only access is through the outside. They did run a hose to the garage to fumigate but not to the back room. Again no access between the two except for a tiny window that is boarded up. When I questioned how the spare room was going to be treated I was told not to worry, the gas would find the termites where ever they were. I'm not a scientist so don't know for sure that the gas can't permiate cement blocks but sounds a little far fetched to me. Prices were comparative to the other companies we checked so we chose them but I think we made a big mistake. They did insist on half down when we signed the contract and insisted on other half of payment before the tent was even up on the roof.

It is now 11 months and have over 40 subterranean termites in my bathroom. laundry room, bed room. In their contract it states they will provide retreatment if reported before on year. I have reported and the representative came out and took samples and agreed i had an infestation. I talked with the owner Rick who simply said no he will not do anything to solve my same problem i had a year ago. He said ," its like a doctor i cant quarantee you wont have the same problem. DO NOT WASTE YOUR 1060$ ON THIS TREATMENT. THEY DO NOT BACK THE QUARANTEE ON THEIR CONTRACT.

They have done my pest control for years but recently we had installed a screen porch. Day 1 a squirrel broke through in multiple spots. Rich came out the next day, found and cleared a nest and did a few preventative treatments and the problem has disappeared.

They did a terrible job. I had an independent roofer come out and look at the damaged caused to my roof. His response was "they beat the H___ out of your roof." I have contacted them several times. They sent the salesman back out who told me that was "normal" damage and that I already paid them so they would do nothing. They wanted half the money months in advance and the rest BEFORE they finished the job. Naturally, we weren't there to see the damage until after they had our money. They completely knocked down our drip system that went around our roof porch and just left it on the roof. DONT USE THIS COMPANY. Oh! I almost forgot. I'm still picking up cigarette butts all over my yard that they left!!!!

NOT GOOD! I was told by 3 employees that when I moved I would get my money back. I paid for a year!! We are moving into an apartment and was told service could be transferred to the apartment. Why would I have service transferred when the apartment has their own bug control service. I paid cash and now this company will not give me back my money!! Employees are un-professional. I was told to give them notice, which I did prior to my move. GO WITH A DIFFERENT COMPANY UNLESS YOU JUST LIKE THROWING MONEY AWAY!! THEY SHOULD NOT EVEN BE IN ANGIE'S LIST!!

The tenting for dry wood termintes went very well. Probably because I read the instructions and expectations for the tenting and was capable of preparing for the event. Having seen tenting on houses before, I could understand and comprehend what needed to be done and how they would need to do it. SO, I realized (and confirmed with Tony), that in order to wrap the tent around the house to completely seal it, I would need to remove anything that would be in the way. This meant I would remove some of the pickets on the 3 fences abutting the house, remove the downspouts. Since I have a screen porch with full length skylights, I also bought 3, 4x8 sheets of plywood and laid them over the plastic panels so that they would not fall through when removing the tent (as they would not be able to see the panels). This cost me a little more but eliminated any problems with the panels breaking and trying to get new ones installed. Overall, tenting is a pain but was necessary due to dry wood termites. The reason I went with BEST is because they do their own tenting. Their crews work for BEST. I was very happy with how things worked out. I would recommend them to anyone who needs such a job.

They serviced us for 10+ years, too often we still had bugs and sometimes had to call them back out again to re-spray and often never saw them at all. Then we found what looked like a termite and asked them, they said house must be tented. We later examined the bug and it was an ant. House was tented on a Thursday, they never mentioned that if gas is off on a Saturday it means no gas all weekend. When called to suggest they tell customers that were met with angry employee who repeated over and over it's not his problem and "they know nothing about gas company". Really? Been in business how many years here and couldn't just mention we should end tenting on a weekday if we wanted hot water and cooking that weekend? Seems they want to squeeze appointments in and know people will not choose all the slots otherwise.

They were suppose to come back, missed a prescheduled appointment and only eventually came back after a month of me hounding them. Separately they never came back to finish inclusion work either and left an area wide open. It wasn’t worth the headache to chase then down so I’m counting it as waisted money that I got very little for and will not do business with them again. I would NOT recommend them to anyone. ALSO! Their salesman was very pushy and was constantly trying to up sell me. Very annoying.

Great pest guy. Experienced, and knew his trade. They have an annual price plan that you can pay periodically or lump sum. I chose lump sum. Ants were gone immediately and haven't returned. I paid up front and the pest guy told me he would see me in Feb. They maintain a schedule of their return visits on my account page of their website. Well this date has passed and they have not called, or been here, to my knowledge. Maybe they are expecting me to call them, You may have to keep this team on their toes.

when I asked questions and requested confirmation be in writing/documented pertaining to the agreement that they make you sign. They declined to proceed. READ THE AGREEMENT IN FULL before signing and/or paying.

Estimator visually inspected house and advised that it would be $250 to have a tech return at a later date and perform a more detailed inspection of property and place traps. Attempted to up-sell me a service plan and also had me read the fine print on their Angie's List offer which stated discount only good for new monthly service plans. (Sneaky) When tech arrived he inspected the house and placed 5 $2 wooden rat traps in my attic. Tech would not inspect crawl space under house. Tech indicates he could come back and check traps in 3 days. No call no show. I called and left messages and no one called back. After several attempts I checked the traps myself twice not knowing how many were up there. Thank goodness I didn't get hurt by one of the traps as I didn't know where they were. I finally got through to them and they sent the same tech to reinspect. He indicated he forgot due to the holiday and he was off. He did note a smell that was conducive to rodents but didn't know how to get at them. He indicated the company would call me back in three days with an action plan and they never did. They did get my $250 and waisted my time. 100% unprofessional and terrible services and they never inspected the crawl space.
