Our experience with Best Deal Realty has been great. There were an extensive amount of repairs that were needed in order to make the property ready for new tenants. They worked hard to get everything done at a more than reasonable price and best of all the quality of the work was superior. Jana held open houses for potential tenants. She rigorously screened them and found great tenants. There were additional repairs that have been made since our tenants moved in and they do them quickly. Everything is done electronically so we can download all our receipts for our taxes. We are extremely fortunate to find Best Deal Realty. I'm certain that no other company would have taken as much care and dedication to our investment as they have.

Best Deal Realty has been hired by several of my friends and myself to manage our rental properties. The manager is friendly, professional, and knowledgeable. They have their own crew to service the property if needed. The cost is very reasonable. Their service has been superb and meets/exceeds my expectations. Overall I highly recommend their service. (A+)
