 + -1 moreOur experience with Best Deal Realty has been great. There were an extensive amount of repairs that were needed in order to make the property ready for new tenants. They worked hard to get everything done at a more than reasonable price and best of all the quality of the work was superior. Jana held open houses for potential tenants. She rigorously screened them and found great tenants. There were additional repairs that have been made since our tenants moved in and they do them quickly. Everything is done electronically so we can download all our receipts for our taxes. We are extremely fortunate to find Best Deal Realty. I'm certain that no other company would have taken as much care and dedication to our investment as they have.
Description of Work: Best Deal Realty manages our property in Tampa, Florida. They took on our property shortly after our previous tenants moved out and left the property uninhabitable. I attempted to rehab the property but we live in California so we needed a good property manager right away. Jana and her team at Best Deal Realty took care of the necessary repairs and found great tenants.

They have their own crew to service the property if needed. The cost is very reasonable. Their service has been superb and meets/exceeds my expectations. Overall I highly recommend their service. (A+)
Description of Work: Best Deal Realty provides professional real estate management to my property in Apollo Beach area. Their monthly management fee is very reasonable and their web site provides both tenants and landlords with ease of access. If you are a tenant you can request repair and inspections on the web site, and for landlord you can find out what the monthly expenses are associated with each property and a running list of annual expenses.
