We go through their Port Richey office. Lori Hermansen is our agent. I have to say, dealing with them, when paying our rent, or getting repair services done, is like pulling teeth. She is almost never in the office. I have to email her, and, whenever I do, she takes forever in responding. And, when, she does respond, it is always with attitude and blame. I definitely will NOT be using their service in the future, as a homeowner or tenant. Total unprofessionalism.
