My 80 year old mothers toilet kept running, and the leak cost her over $300. The plumber could have told her it would have been cheaper if she went and bought a new toilet and just have the plumber install it. To me he took advantage of an elderly person.

They've been great. They do everything for me. They do plumbing, air conditioning and electrical. They come out about every three months. They've got a regular schedule with me. We have a maintenance plan with them and they charge me, I think it's like $87 a month. I don't have to worry about anything. They call me to schedule the time and everything.

They said they would run a snake through my sewer drain for $130. Someone showed up and showed me a fee schedule of over $300. I told them it is not what I was quoted. They told me I had to show the coupon on the website in order to get the deal which they had removed from their site. So I decided not to use them. The technician was nice, but I talked to a supervisor on the phone who said that was the best they could do.
