Believe Plumbing of 2312 W Kathleen St Tampa, FL 33607 had an advertised deal that I accepted on 10 April through my Angi account for a 799 Bradford White electric water heater install. I called Believe Plumbing the next working day, 11 April, at 0830 to confirm the price I got through Angi and I provided the redemption code ANGE-298C41DD2EE7). I asked if any extra fees or permits would be an additional cost and if I wanted to increase the size from 40 to 50 gallon what additional cost would apply. The business representative said the 799 dollar fee covered everything and that a 50 gallon unit would be the same 799 price. I also asked if they install the Bradford White brand but he was unsure, Bradford White brand is quoted in their offer deal I accepted. I asked to set up a service and install appointed ASAP as the current heater was leaking and nonfunctional. He confirmed my contact information and said service tech would call me. After 1pm I called back the representative was unsure of the appointment time but would check and call me back. After an hour with no call back I recalled and reached a different but nice lady would said she could not find any record of the service in the schedule and worked to fit me in the next day, 12 April, after 1 pm. I asked the service tech to call me once arrived to confirm if a 50 gallon unit would fit and to authorize the replacement as the property was currently rented. When I did not get a phone call in the afternoon of 12 April I again called Believe Plumbings office and asked about the status, I was told the service tech had already look at the unit and was at the supply warehouse picking up the heater. When I reminded them they needed to call for my authorization and discuss the 40 or 50 gallon size the representative said, “oh yea he should have called you.” I then asked to confirm the brand and was told it was “Estate” and not Bradford White. Sensing something didnt feel right and needing to ensure the repair was done as instructed I asked to speak with the owner about by difficulties. When the owner spoke with me he obviously was not told anything about my concerns and just asked, you want the install? I asked about the brand not being Bradford White as advertised and also total price, again sensing I was not getting the full truth. He said it is 1200 dollars either 40 or 50 gallon and the brand is “Estate” and not Bradford White, a better brand. When I told him I confirm within his office the Angi price Monday morning of 799 he said that is not valid and Angi should not have that price active. He offered no reply why his staff would not tell me the correct price until I was able to talk with him and would not even consider any consideration for a price reduction due to the circumstances, even though he still lists a 5 percent discount on the Angi site, nor did he offer a military discount (which he offers on his claimed Yelp business page). He did say that they would install a water heater for 450 if I wanted to buy one locally like Home Depot or Lowes, but they will cost you 800 to 900 so 1200 is a good price. Actually an AO Smith brand 50 gallon equivalent water heater from Lowes cost under 600, after military 10 percent discount. AO Smith makes to lower end “Estate” brand heaters as well. Home Depot has Rheem 50 gallon for under 475 after military discount, all offer same 6 year warranty same as Estate. Faced with need to complete the job that had already been delayed I told him the use the 50 gallon heater but that the bait and switch pricing was not acceptable. I was invoiced for 1200 with extra 3.92 percent charge if I want to use a credit card, something never disclosed as payments options state “Visa, Discover, Check” Based on my experience it is hard the believe what Believe Plumbing tells you - even after giving the owner an opportunity to address the issue and make things right.

This is the first time I used Believe Plumbing, but had such a GREAT EXPERIENCE they will be my go-to Plumbing co. moving forward if my home has a problem. A guy named Junior came to my home this week and spotted a tricky leak in under my crawlspace to fix. He did it in a timely manner and explained my option about what a full Re-pipe of my home would entail and approx. what it would cost. I live in a home that was built in 1925 and old homes are generally difficult for plumbing, but not when you have a Plumber who knows what they're doing. My kitchen drain became clogged early on Wednesday evening. I knew it would not be reasonable to get someone to come fix it that evening, but I remembered that I had used Believe Plumbing previously for the same issue. I called them and the nice lady said she would do whatever she could to make sure the drain got fixed the next day, and she called me first thing Thursday when she got to the office to schedule the appointment. The technician (a young man - I wish I knew his name) was actually early for the appointment. He proceeded to quickly and completely unclog what appeared to me to be a pretty bad blockage. I don't think I could have hoped for any better service - and the cost was very reasonable!! I definitely recommend Believe Plumbing if you have this type of issue.

This service was GREAT!! First, I thought the Angie's List deal that I got was very reasonable. The service person was Junior and he did an outstanding job. He was very punctual (actually early but that was OK). Very polite and professional, he took care of my clogged sink quickly and effectively, and completely cleaned up after himself. He acquitted himself very well under tremendous pressure - my dog was constantly trying to "help" him and he had a large audience of my kids and grandkids. I would definitely recommend Junior and Believe Plumbing for your plumbing needs.

We decided to take on the task of getting our entire home re-piped after having a few copper leaks in old copper pipes. This was a big undertaking as it is an expensive job and involves a lot of holes in the walls. You really want to make sure you hire someone fantastic for this. We got 5 different quotes and did our research. Someone in our neighborhood recommended Believe Plumbing. I did my research and saw the many good reviews. I decided to have the owner, Annier, come by to give a quote. By then I had already had several quotes and knew that their price was very reasonable compared. I was hesitant at first because a lot of the other companies I contacted were in business for 30+ years. I decided to go with Believe Plumbing and I am glad that I did. Annier, who is also the owner, is very involved. He is very patient, I like to ask a ton of questions! The guys he sent out worked very hard. Ismael was very friendly and always had a smile even with our many questions or if we pointed out something. This job is very messy and you will want to cry with the many holes that are necessary but rest assured, Annier has a guy to recommend that does excellent drywall work and will get you right back to where you started. So far the pipes have been great. They do the permit process for you and coordinate the inspector to come by. So it's all legit work. I also had them completely move my water heater from inside the home and into the garage and install a brand new water heater. In my opinion, a good plumber that charges reasonable rates are VERY hard to come by these days. Plumbing work is never cheap but compared to other plumbers who ripe you off, their rates are much more affordable. Annier also came by when the re-pipe was completed and inspects it himself. He does not take payment until the entire job is done and passes inspection by the county. Any issues you bring up, he will address and have a solution. I love that! Today I had to contact Annier because our garbage disposal just went out on us, he was super fast in responding and will have someone out today completing the work with a reasonable price. When you find a company like Believe Plumbing, you save them in your phone and only go to them as you can trust that you are getting the best! I hope they always provide this type of service even when they become an even larger operation. Thank you Believe Plumbing!

I'm really happy with Believe plumbing. They were very open about their pricing (which is very important to me), the owner was quick to provide a quote and is very involved, they had the best quote and got it scheduled quickly. The plumber who came out to perform the installs was very friendly and took his time to make sure it was right, he really seemed to take pride in his work. I would definitely use them again.

I called at 8am, got an appointment for 1 pm and their serviceman, Junior, arrived right on time. He replaced the cannister flush valve and that fixed the problem. Very efficient, professional company and serviceman.

Junior was awesome. On-time, fast, and super friendly. He's got a great future ahead of him. I couldn't believe how easy he made the job seem - I'd been putting it off for years thinking it was going to be expensive. He completed the work in 5 minutes!

The team from Believe Plumbing was polite, pleasant and completed the job neatly in about 35 minutes. Plus, a clogged PVC pipe was replaced… at no charge. When they experienced a schedule conflict, the team managed to reschedule the appointment an hour after the original time. (Very grateful since we needed to run the dishwasher ASAP!) Our Badger disposals last several years. Plus, you can't beat the current deal! Other companies charge the same price-or more-for installation alone. The disposal is running well one week later.

I can not say enough good things about Mr. Annier (owner). This man was so professional, courteous, kind, friendly, honest, fair, clean, punctual...just an all-around great individual. He came to my home to repair two leaky faucets that other plumbers said needed an overhaul of new fixtures and all. Mr. Annier said he could do the job by replacing the valves. The handle to one of the faucets lost a screw so he purchased a new handle. One of my shower heads were missing, he gave me a new one. He also put a valve on the kitchen sink to regulate the water flow. All these little extras were done at no additional cost. This man is truly a good person. I'm so happy to have found someone I can trust and absolutely recommend his service.

OUTSTANDING! Daniel showed up early for the service call and was able to diagnose and fix the problem in less than 30 minutes. He showed incredible professionalism, did a fantastic job overall and charged a very fair price. We have been looking for a "go-to" plumber and thanks to Believe's great service today, we will be calling them for all our future plumbing needs.

I am now a Believer, Alberto was late by a few hours but that is the deal most of the time when hiring a plumber so it really not much of an issue there. BUt, I did get same day service so I am blessed more than inconvenienced. That was my only issue. The rest is all good. Alberto fixed the leak, changed out the turn off valve and then did something that I didn't ask for and was not part of the deal as per my dollar amount decided on. He put in new guts into the toilet. WIthout me asking and without adding on an extra charge. It was probably necessary ... but he just did what needed to be done. I am sure if it was a big something extra or an expensive one he would have needed to charge more. But he did this little extra without saying a word. My old plumber would have had to add on a bunch of money ... did you get that ... my old plumber. I have a new one now and their number is going in my cell phone so that when I need them... I got them. And if I need to recommend one too.

Both plumbers arrived late on appointed time (perhaps due to traffic they encountered between Tampa and Clearwater). They started working right away after clarifying the scope of work with me and their boss since the office lady did not provide the requested quote in writing. Nonetheless, work was completed beyond my satisfaction and did some minor things outside the job scope (except the mess they left on the kitchen floor) like replacing the PVC line for the old garbage disposer. Their price for this job is at least 30% way below the other bidders. :) The next day, office lady emailed me the payment receipt. Nice job! Fully recommend this company.

Needed repair of leaking water pipe near our main shutoff valve. Believe Plumbing owner (Annier Jimenez) himself came out to do the work. After initial repair, he discovered a second leak, and repaired that as well (without charging beyond the initial price quote). He was courteous and thorough. Highly recommended!

it was an Angie's list deal for the installation of a replacement water heater for a fixed price. I called the company on a Wednesday and they had some here on Thursday morning at 9am exactly (as promised). They worked quickly and quietly and were out the door by 11 am after giving me instructions on care and maintenance. The office was very easy to work with and the plumbers were as well. I plan on using this company again in the future. (Old house-Old plumbing )
