 + -1 moreThank you so much Sarah, Sarah Dunleavy, as the contractor for my rebuild, was an absolute rockstar! I had water damage and mold in my kitchen, and she handled everything perfectly. I got overwhelmed and stressed at times, due to the situation, and she was able to talk or chat with me, at any time of the day. Her dedication to her job and the service she offered was top quality. I was also stressed from some of the jobs that were sub-contracted, but she was able to handle those issues as well. Thank you so much for your time, honesty, and for all the times I've texted you with all my "problems", thank you Sarah. In regards to honesty and integrity she's at the top.  + -1 moreThey did fair on drying out my water damaged areas, however the fans probably should have been left on longer for complete drying. Their technician did a carpet test and stated that the carpet should be replaced, however his boss spoke with the adjuster and decided to just wash it to lower the price. This brought up a red flag to me because the technician did a test and recommended replacement and the boss and inspector decided to go against the recommendation and just wash it.
Description of Work: I called on them to dry out my house for me from a pipe burst.
