They were not very interested in providing a suitable quote. They appear to prefer insurance only jobs. I really cannot comment on the quality of the work.

We were the final car in a multi-car collision while stopped at a red light and suffered extensive rear end damage to our vehicle.  We had never used (nor heard of Bedrock) but our insurance company (GEICO) has a repair affiliation with them (GEICO Auto Repair Xpress).  They said if we used Bedrock (or another Xpress affiliate) they would take care of the process from beginning to end and they did.  Bedrock kept in touch - in fact they offered an automated email service that told us what part of the process was happening each day - they answered our questions when we called (the repair took ten days instead of seven but we were told this early on).  They had a waiting area that was decent enough, didn't seem to mind when we stopped in to check on the vehicle progress, and, when we found a few minor problems during the final inspection they corrected the issues right there on the spot.  They also uploaded pictures of the damage inspection to the Geico website.  Pretty much as painless as an auto repair can be.     I can't really comment on the price since this was negotiated by GEICO at their rate.

They did what they said they would, for the price quoted and the time allotted.

I would recommend them and will use them again.

Bedrock was on the approved list for the insurance company responsible for repairing my car. 5 years ago, another repair facility in Jacksonville had performed the repair and offered a lifetime warranty, and Bedrock RE-Repaired the original repair when the paint began chipping.

After having a fender bender in my GS430, my insurance company gave me a list of places to have it repaired. It consisted of companies I knew but didn't know anything about. It actually came down to the one that 'fit' my schedule. When calling for the appointment I spoke with Teresa, she was professional and thorough. I showed up at my scheduled time, on my way out of town, Saturday morning. Craig from my insurance compay was there to meet me, had me sign a few simple forms; Then the manager of Bedrocks came over and answered some of my questions while telling me what the process was going to be and the approximate time frame. There was also a representitive from a Rental Car company who offered a rental, which I didn't need because I was traveling with a friend out of town. I was kept up to date via voice mail and email almost twice a day, which was very reassuring. When the work was done they called to tell me I could pick it up. This was the first time I've ever had a fender bender that required having body work done; So I didn't know what to expect when I arrived to pick the car up. Let me tell you, the car looked beautiful!! The deductible on my policy was 500.00, they gave me a credit of 100.00 because one of the headlights needed to be replaced. The other one was fine but needed polishing, it didn't match completely so they only charged me 400.00 I will be returning to Bedrocks when Im ready to have other work done on my car. Kudos to everyone over there at Bedrocks!
