Becky's Cleaning Service

I called her 15 minutes after she was to come and to this day she has NOT returned the call. I am not a happy customer.

Becky was very timely and very pleasant. She was professional and did an excellent job cleaning our vacation rental. We are very pleased with her services and gave her several properties to do. Highly recommend.

I should start by saying I chose Becky because she had excellent reviews. I expected a serious and professional person . 2 weeks before she came I talked to Becky and gave her the features of my house 2000sqf 3 bed, 2 bath. I made a point of telling her that I have 4 dogs living indoors and the main focus of her cleaning would be any dog hair on the floor because I have an allergic son and I know dog hair causes reactions. The cleaning day came , she was very punctual , toured the house and I told her my cleaning expectations , mainly the floors , bathrooms and kitchen. She started cleaning and 20 minutes passed, Becky told me she was going to put her cleaning products in the car, since she was using my products and that was it , Becky left the door open went to her car and drove away. When I realized she had left I called her cell phone and got no answer. I left a message asking what's wrong. Then I received a text saying " I am so sorry but I had to leave .. I was having trouble breathing . Guess it was too much dog hair or something . Again so sorry " What bothers me more is the lie , I fully understand if someone does not want to clean a house with dogs, but the fact that we have dogs was made clear from the start. We keep a very clean home, I clean everything myself twice a week. I wanted to find someone to takeover one of those days each week. In the short time that she was here the area(master bedroom) that she worked on was not cleaned well at all. The dressers and TV stand where she dusted nothing was moved. Everything we picked up, the alarm clock, lamp, a picture frame still had dust on it and under it. She had only dusted around everything. She had not moved anything to clean she just wiped around it. The Bathtub and sinks were wiped down with Clorox toilet bowl cleaner. Half a bottle of this cleaner was used and it left a terrible oder in the room. I had to clean all this again myself. I also had to open all the windows to air out the house. This is probably what caused her to "have trouble breathing". She used these cleaning chemicals improperly. Any "professional" cleaner should be familiar with proper use of these chemicals, and at the very least be able to read the label. I would not recommend hiring Becky for anything.

It is going real good. Becky has been cleaning for me for 2 years. She has always been on time a attentive to my home cleaning needs.

I have a 4br 4bth home and Becky did a great job keeping it clean. I asked her for some very detailed cleaning and she always had it done. When I had surgery and wasnt able to do a lot, Becky did my shopping and a few times even took me to the doctor,, what a life saver. I have moved out of the area and miss her very much. I would hire her back for sure. Becky is a very hard worker.
