Joe Karl came out to my home on 4/8 and quoted me $150 (in person) to cut down my tree and stump grind, imagine my surprise when the bill came in at $250 for EXACTLY what we talked about at the lower price. I have tried to call him several times with no return phone call. Use them if you like to be a victim of bait and switch.

It didn't...that would require some customer service basics like calling people back. Don't waste your time or money.

Owner Joe Karl was always prompt and totally professional in all his dealings with us. He was always on time. His crew of 3 were knowledgeable, courteous, careful, and competent. Joe came out when the work started. And he and an employee made extra trips afterward when we had questions about the sprinkler system; they made sure it was even better than they found it. We were away when the tree work was completed, and we came back to an immaculate yard, looking great. We're very pleased.
