The two Veterinarians at Baycrest Animal Clinic are both thorough and concerned for my pet's health. They treat our poodle as they would their own. My dog became diabetic after being put on steroids for an orthopedic injury. They then treated the diabetes and continued to monitor him until the diabetes went away after discontinuing the steroid treatment. Before going to Baycrest Animal clinic, I found a veterinarian in Winter Springs, Florida, two hours away that was not so interested in money and it was worth while to make the trip becaus of the money it saved. After a couple of years of making that trip, a friend told me about Baycrest Animal Clinic. I tried it and have been more than satisfied with the caring, the treatment and the costs.

I would certainly continue to use them if I still lived in the area. They are really friendly and a neighborhood vet office. I do not recall the price of the groom.

I spent years taking all three of my dogs to her but will never make that mistake again.
I could tell that one of my dogs wasn't feeling ok. I dropped him off before work and left him with Dr. Morgan all day only to have her send him home with me, telling me she didn't see anything wrong with him. I immediately could tell he still wasn't ok and brought him back the very next day only to have her clinic send him home once again after another full day.
After a few more days I decided to take him to another Vet and after only an hour they rushed him into surgery. He ended up having a large tumor in his intestines.
I immediately call Dr. Morgan and requested that she refund my money, over $500, mainly due to her misdiagnosis of my dog and the extra pain he had to endure. Not to mention that half of the money was due to me having to bring him back the 2nd day for nothing. She said she did nothing wrong and refused to do anything. I refuted the charge with AMEX but she rebutted it and was still able to keep my money.
In my opinion she either doesn't know what she is doing or she only cares about the money (Maybe a little of both).

Brought our 14 years old Sammy back to be euthanized because he was urinating non-stop and we didn't know what else to do, The vet didn't think he was acting sick enought to be put down. She kept him for 12 days free of charge to try new medicine. They got him used to wearing a diaper which we had tried and failed. She gave our Sammy a "stay of execution" and we appreciate every day that we still have him. Ultimately he will eventually succumb to the disease, but not yet!

Dr. Morgan is amazing. She is the best vet I have ever had. She is wonderful. I would rate them highly and would continue to use them in the future.
