Stellar! Recommended by Millard Roofing, the owner, Robert Zambito, returned my call promptly and scheduled an assessment the next day. After providing a reasonable quote, he had his crew at my house the same week. They spent five hours removing a massive live oak branch that was overhanging my garage, pruned the entire 70’ tree, removed all the Spanish moss, and cleaned up all the palms and shrubs around the perimeter of the house in preparation for a new roof. They ground up or removed all of the branches, and left the yard in better condition than when they arrived. Would hire again without hesitation.

Bay Site Works, LLC caused damages to my property and left unfinished work related to the removal of a large oak tree on my property in November 2018. Bay Site Works, LLC was contracted to remove a large oak tree on my property in Tampa, FL. The contract for permitting & payment for the job was between Bay Site Works, LLC and the the neighbor who requested access to my property to remove the tree as it was encroaching on the property line. I agreed to provide access only for the removal of the tree and all activities associated with the removal and the stump grinding. An indemnity agreement outlining the terms of this agreement was signed by all parties involved before access was granted. Multiple damages were caused to my backyard property due to large tree branches falling, bobcat machinery travel and the crew dropping the huge tree trunk across the yard (a 160 year old grand oak tree). Debris and woodchips from the removal and stump grinding were left behind. Large portions of the stump were also left creating a hazard. I have thorough documentation of the property prior to the removal and access to my property was granted, as well as pictures after and what was left, including a VIDEO of the crew dropping the tree across the driveway. The crew said the neighbor had offered to do the clean up and repairs, but if they weren't done to contact the owner, Robert Zambito of Bay Site Works, LLC. I contacted by text & by certified letter asking for these items to be addressed & sited our written agreement with no response or effort made on his part to resolve the issues. I sent notice to Robert Zambito & have attempted to seek a settlement through Bay Site Works, LLC liability insurance provider, but with no resolution made or offer that will make my property whole again. Since the completion (now 3 months ago) I had to pay an outside worker $400 to finish the cleanup of dirt, debris & rubble to fully uncover damages caused by the tree removal & and left over work from the remaining stump that was not completed. Current estimates for clearing damaged concrete, repairing damages & completing stump grinding are $6000-$8000. DO NOT HIRE BAY SITE WORKS, LLC for any work to be done on your property. UNPROFESSIONAL & ULTIMATELY UNETHICAL!
