I was trying to match some kitchen cabinets and they had what I needed in stock at a great price.

We went to Bay City Plywood and worked with their designer Patty. She came up with the perfect plan for our kitchen and we picked out our cabinets. They sent an employee over to check our measurements to make sure the design would fit and then our cabinets were ordered. Two weeks later, they were installed. Patty was always ready to answer our many questions with a smile. She was very helpful in the design and execution of the project. The cabinets (Georgetown) are absolutely beautiful, and they are solid wood cabinets for less than what we had been quoted for pressboard cabinets at Home Depot. I would definitely recommend this company to anyone looking for new kitchen cabinets.

The countertops from order, measure and install are A+.
The cabinets are the and quot;other storyand quot; - 14 of the 15 cabinets arrived with either cosmetic or physical damage. They ordered 2 new doors and touchup paint to fix and agreed to help pay my contractor for the extra work needed to remedy. After spending hours trying to adjust the doors it was discovered that 7 of them were warped and needed to be replaced. The new doors arrived and finally the work was done. The entire process spanned some 11 weeks which was way too long. Bay City was very helpful during this time but feel that LifeTime Cabinets was the problem. Their quality control on the finished product is sad. Our contractor had referred us to Bay City but after our experience will not do that again.

We met with Jarred Nissen at the Clearwater office and he helped design the arrangement of the cabinets. He had some good ideas. He gave us a printout of our design and arranged to send a guy to measure the kitchen. The cabinets were everything that we hoped. The kitchen is beautiful.

The cabinets are beautiful inside and out. I did have 1 issue: the pull out spice drawer did not work and had to be replaced, and several times more parts had to be purchased. After the cabinets were installed, the company began using full extension drawers. I really wanted that and they found conversion kits to install on my 3 drawers-they work great. The customer service/designer was excellent, very patient, knowledgable, and she managed the installers.

They have a wide selection. Unfortunately, I got one of the less helpful customer service people but he still got it done. Some of the other people were extremely helpful. I would go there again.

I liked the way they laid out the plan and the way they picked up the cabinets. I liked the way they helped me save some money on the cabinets. They said they would do a good job and they did a perfect job. They used only wood for cabinets and we are happy about that. They used low grade imitation granite counter which is also standing beautiful. The guys who worked on it did a marvelous job. If you see the L shaped counters together you won’t be able to differentiate each other. I expected them to complain when they came to take the measurement of the counters as it was not right shaped but they took the measurement and went back to bring the counters. They installed the sink and the counter at our convenient time. They had some people who sat down and talked to each other on our project. They did the diagrams and showed us how it would look like after installing the counters and cabinets. They made adjustments and solved little problems wherever it was needed. They took the time to do it. At one point of time I had to pick up a piece of plywood from them and it got lost in the shipment so they ordered the new one. They called me to pick it up once it had arrived and they were very nice about it. They were really worried about getting me all the pieces I needed. It feels good doing business with them.

The cabinets came in on the correct date and two cabinets were the incorrect size, Bay City's fault. We waited another two weeks, the cabinets came in and only one cabinet was correct. Waited another two weeks and they said it would be another two weeks. Plus the slides were the incorrect slides. Because they made a mistake on that the company will sent out an representative to replace 16 draw slides. We called the guy 5 times no answers. We keep calling Bay City and they keep saying they are sorry. We are still waiting for the cabinet and the slides. The kitchen is on hold just waiting.

I am so happy with the result.

Guy Massie at Bay City Plywood was very helpful in helping us choose the cabinets for our kitchen and bathrooms. Bay City came out to the house and did the measurements. The final price did not exceed the estimate and the cabinets fit perfectly. We did not have Bay City install the cabinets, as we had already retained someone to do that.

Ordered kitchen cabinets including installation for my kitchen - townhouse is close to 40 years old with an awkward configuration. Patty, the designer at Bay City, came up with a terrific floor plan. The gentleman who came out to measure my kitchen was very thorough and detailed - he even measured my front door to make sure that the delivery would fit through the door. The cabinets are beautiful, good quality - the installers recommended by Bay City did an awesome job with the installation. I can highly recommend Bay City - I got three quotes - Bay City was the middle price - close to another company's price - but with more cabinets and a much better floor plan than another company. They were a great deal less expensive than the company who had the highest price. I feel that the quality of the cabinets and the professionalism of Patty, the designer, and the installers was equal to anything the highest priced company could have provided.

We had shopped around at two other stores and Bay City had the best prices and also the best layout for our oddly shaped kitchen. We haven't installed them yet, as we are still renovating, but are pleased with the results. They were on time to pick up and they look beautiful.
