Super! He called me within minutes came to my house the same day, gave a reasonable price, set up a time and completed the work in a timely manner.

Work professionally done by a 4-person crew in 6-7 hours. One (1) large live oak, two (2) medium size scrub oaks and two (2) additional trees were serviced. Each tree cleaned out properly and shaped with a clear, well shaped canopy as the result for each tree. Outside of the manicured trees, one would not notice that work was completed as the 4-man crew cleaned up debris from the work. The finished service for this task order makes one realize that tree maintenance (a.k.a., trimming) is both an art and a science. It is important to hire expertise in both areas to ensure a quality finished product. Overall, quite pleased with the results! Price was mid range for three estimates received from other tree maintenance services. Note: Four photos (2 before and after) for two or three of the trees..... Well worth it!

Mr. Campbell was very timely on coming out to provide me an estimate. I had a lot of work that needed to be done so it took several days. My trees have never looked as good as they do now. I was a little worried about the removal of the dead palm as it was nestled in the corner of the fence and next to the back of the pool, but the crew got it down without anything being damaged. The crew kept everything cleaned up. I would highly recommend them and several of my neighbors stopped by to say how good the job looked.

It could not have gone better. We have used other tree services in the past that either a) do not do what they say they are going to do and/or b) charge more than the original quote but Ralph and his team do what they say they are going to do, when they say they are going to do it, at the price they say they are going to do it for. I cannot recommend them enough. They have become our new tree trimming company to do with.

We used this same service a few years ago and were very please with their work.  So we decided to call them again.  Beautiful is the best way to describe it!  We sit and look out our back window and marvel at how great our very large oaks look.  They gave us a good estimate, arrived on time and did an excellent job.  They take their work seriously and a very pleasant and professions.  They cleaned up everything incuding small leave bundles that fell during the triming.  The young man doing the trimming is truly an artisit.  I watched as he reveiwed each tree and made decisions on what needed to be trimmed to give the tree it's best shape.  They talked to us about one tree they felt needed to be trimmed a little more than  we had originally discussed.  They wanted to make sure the tree would grown properly and remain healthy as well as insuring we would be happy with the results.  After watching this young man work I would trust him completely to do whatever he feels is necessary to keep our trees healthy and beautiful.  We'll call them again and would highly recommend them.

Service was excellent and Ralph Campbell was wonderful about providing updates with regards to our service.  Our tree crossed electric lines and he was easily able to contact TECO for the initial pruning around the lines.  Even though there were massive storms during our week of service, Ralph was great about keeping in touch with a status of his expected pruning date.  I am very please with his service and would use him again.  As well, I would recommend him to others.

I had used the tree service previously and been satisfied with the work so when a large oak tree fell across the driveway I called CamCampbell to come give me and estimate. He came the ne xt. Day and quoted me a fair price we also agreed to have several. Other limbs removed to prevent them from falling. He cleared half the driveway the next day and also introduced me to one of his other workers explaining to me his company does home maintenance.the ma n was pleasant and looked at my back patio porch where the floor had been torn up to repair a broken pipe. The man gave me a quote and offered to bring by some color samples. The following day Mr.Campbell. Called and wished to come by but I was unavailable.meanwhile I had given a check to pay for the tree service although he had not completed the removal of the limbs and half of the driveway was not usable. I felt I could trust him due to previous services. The next day the floor man came by and I chose a color. I told him I could not start the work til the middle of the week and he said he trusted me so would start anyway. The next day Mr.Campbell came by and told me the floor man was not to come by without him and since I had arranged the funding I gave Mr. Campbell a check for supplies and for starting the job. I had now payed him 2700 dollars. When the floor man came the next day he moved all my furniture ,grill, ping pong table,ski equipment off the porch onto the grass outside the porc he was furious that Mr. Campbell took the check. He left to find him and I did not see either for several days. The floor man returned several days later and repaired the cement on the porch.He said he would return the next morning but did not come back for over a week. In the meantime the tree was still in the driveway and my belongings outside.. That is when the lying really started. Everything from numerous trees falling on houses to broken equipment,to being in Brandon,St Pete to numerous trips to the dump on Adamo DriveI even called and spoke to his parents concerning the tree. I know now he used my money to pay off some of his debts. One night just before dark they showed up and cut the limbs in the driveway and stacked it all on the grass where it stayed another two weeks until the floor man and a buddy picked it up. But all the yard trash was left. The floor an did come back a couple of times and finished about 1/2 the job but the mess by the porch was growing.i figure at this time they will not be returning. I spent 3 hours along with a friend putting the stuff back on the porch and cleaning coke cans .they also had used my blower which is now covered in cement.my cooler which is covered in cement ,my furniture which is warped,my battery charger ruined and left in rain,my floor fan which got soaked.i would highly recommend no one should use this company which disappoints me.

Perfect.  They came out the same week I called them and worked on very short notice to coincide with our pool installation.  Everything was done quickly and with very high standards.  I would definitely recommend this company.

We called Ralph Campbell to remove a dead palm and after walking the property together, we decided to remove 3 palms and trim two more very large oaks. A team showed up the next day right on time and were very professional, very responsible, very neat, clean, & efficient. After the fact, we realized they were the same company that trimmed all of our large oaks a couple of years ago, which turned out to be the best trimming job we'd ever had. We are extremely pleased with Bay Area and would use them again. 

We had a very large limb fall in our back yard. We asked Ralph Campbell to come give us a quote to remove the tree limb and trim the trees in our yard. We have a large yard and a lot of trees. Mr. Campbell is very easy to work with as are his crew, Mike, Alex, Able, etc.,  and were also most courteous when asked to do extra work. They arrived on time as did the chipper to clean up the yard. They raked the yard of all the mess they made, blew off the driveway and left our yard looking amazing. I have used Bay Area several times before and will continue to use them.  I have referred them to people who have had a need for a tree trimmer. I referred Bay Area to a friend who was most appreciative for the referral. Not only was Mr. Campbell fair in his price for my friend, but for me as well.

They were very courteous, they got back to me, they were on time and there were polite.

Ralf Campbell was on time and did an outstanding job of trimming the trees on the property. It was a large job and he came in reasonable with the estimate. There were no hidden cost. He did everything he was supposed to and cleaned up perfectly. I would hire him again and recommend him to may family and friends.

The owner came with his crew and monitored the entire operation, although these men were professional and didn't need supervision.
They were fast, and nice!  The owner gave us free advise on other trees and shrubs in our yard.

This was the first time in 13 years that we've had someone professional do the trees. They were professional and easy to work with. The person leading the trimming was like an artist. He would trim a branch and stand back to look at the tree from all angles. They asked question I hadn't even thought about such as do you want this tree to provide privacy or do you want it limbed up higher. I couldn't have asked for a better experience.  Our trees look fantastic!

This is the third time I've used Bay Area to trim and clean out my tree and I will use them again.  They have essentially the same crew they had on the other two occasions and they do a superb job.  They show up on time, do the work they agreed to do for their estimate (and sometimes more) and do a good job of cleaning up.
