Called Bath & Gallery to get an estimate for some Bathroom repair/remodel. Left a message and was several days before anyone called back. When they did return my call I asked to set an up an appointment for an estimate. I was told they only do estimates Tue - Thur, 9-4pm. Told him that wife and I both work and if we could set something up later in the day. Was told no and I said thanks and hung up.
