All went well. The unit was freezing up as it needed Freon. The technician was professional and knowledgeable. I asked for an estimate for a new unit and he said that he was a technician, not a sales person, and he notated on the bill to have someone give me a call. No on has called yet, but with chaos from Irma it us understandable.

Despite many problems in scheduling, Jim the wonderful service technician was able to come out. He has serviced my unit for over 10 years. I trust his judgement and it gives me real peace of mind to have the fine folks at Bart DePury taking care of my AC. I would recommend them very highly.

A/C tech showed up ontime, was very competent, professional, and answered questions in laymans terms.  I had 3 systems to service.  Overall, very good value with the AL sale price.  Highly recommended.

I initially delt with Sherri in the office. I purchased the $250 vent and duct cleaning coupon and the $59 unit servicing. Jake and Dayron came out and did an amazing job. They arrived a little after the initial appointment was made, but that is because we were having a storm at the time. It was nice to get the call to confirm that they should still come out. I could see a bunch of guys traipsing through a house with wet feet as being a bit of a bad thing. All tile here so it didn't matter. They had a few questions and then got right to work removing the vents and getting their equipment set up. They cleaned the vents, then took care of a SEVERELY clogged dryer vent that the previous tenants had neglected, then moved on to servicing the A/C handler. Jake expertly identified a burned wire splice that could have caused a fire when the heater pulled extra power in the coming winter, and replaced the required connections. They cut into the ducting to access the coils where needed, inspected, and resealed everything, making sure to clean up after themselves. They identified insufficient ducting that was keeping a part of my house warm, and made referrals back to the office for estimates that were followed through on. I would highly recommend them.

They got the filters for me, delivered them to my home, and measured my system to make sure everything would work properly. They were prompt, professional, and speedy! They were also very nice and cordial.

Overall, the experience wasn't very good. They never gave me instructions on how to use the unit, and I tried several times to get someone to come out. Finally, after a month, they sent a technician out to help me out.

He was great. He did some minor repairs on the first day during the evaluation to make sure the A/C worked. He scheduled an appointment for a week later to do more extensive maintenance on the other units. Everything went well, and we're very pleased with the service. They couldn't have been nicer.

I don't remember the price, but I do remember it was within reason. It is a large company and they have been around for a while. They were recommended to me by people I trust. We have a service contract with them for the two different AC systems in the house. Every time we've called them they show up. They are professional people and they provide us with quick service. I am very satisfied and have no reason to complain.

Installed a new compressor that sounds like a semi truck, it's that loud. I had to keep calling them to get someone out here to replace a fan. The last time they came out to do a check up, they removed the filter and did not replace it with a new one, just left the filter out. We are currently looking for new a/c people to service my system.
