 + -1 moreWe had him come out for a quote. At first he said $120. When we declined he offered to take $40 off the estimate. We still felt the cost was unreasonable. The job was to simply change the lip on a kitchen sink drain. We had the parts.
Description of Work: None. We did not think he was being fair about the estimate.

 + -1 moreHe came out on time and did good work. He was very professional. He did more, because he even tested my dishwasher to make sure there was no leak and the other guy didn't do that at all. He was very polite.
Description of Work: He came out and repaired what the first guy didn't do. It was a leak that needed to be repaired.

 + -1 moreThey scheduled a time to check out work, provided a reasonable estimate, and arranged a mutually agreeable timetable. They came to job when promised, busted their butts and did a great job. They were in and out in less than 2 days. They used materials we had on hand when possible. I already have at least two more jobs I will call them to do. I highly recommend.
Description of Work: Repair work in efficiency apartment including removal of lower kitchen cabinet and stove, removal of floor tile, and ripping out of old floor beams. They replaced all of the above, put cabinets back, and cleaned up.
