AFTER ONLY FOUR MONTHS THE WOOD HAS STARTED TO PULL APART IN BIG GAPS. ROBERT SENT THE INSTALLER BACK, HE PUT SOME FILLER IN BUT IT DOES NOT MATCH. THE FLOOR NEEDS TO BE REPLACED. HE DID COME TO PICK UP THE CHECK BUT WILL NOT COME AGAIN.
