Friendly and professional

I brought my 2004 Subuaru WRX with a broken radio with 6 CD changer.  The CD changer was jammed.  I was praying that it could be fixed because I loved being able to put 6 CDs at once. Luis could have told me that I had to replace it but he didn't.  Instead he removed the radio and discovered that some gears were broken.  He found a way to replace the gears to give me a long term fix.
My husband was so impressed with the service that he had Luis replace the broken front speakers in his Nissan 240SX.  He's really happy with the restored sound.  He wants to go back to Luis to have him fix the after manker remote entry system that I bought for him years ago.

I have used Auto Solutions on several occasions. They always provide quality, courteous service at a reasonable cost.Louis the owner treats every one like a good neighbor would. I would not hesitate to use Auto Solutions for all my specialty auto services.

Luis is a kind, honest person who took the time to discuss auto tinting,my questions and did not rush to move on to the next person. Luis told me several times that the window tinting came with a life time guarantee.

Returned vehicle multiple times to fix bubbles and tears in tint. Retailer burned ceiling and arm rest with heat gun in my new vehicle. I do not recommend this retailer for tint services. I originally decided to use this retailer because of Angie's list A rating reviews.

I called ahead and basically chose them based on availability, reviews on Angie's List and price. When I first called, I told them that I would price and availability check another place. The other place wasn't available so I called Luis back and said "You win my business!" Hahah. I am happy I went with this Company. Luis and the staff are friendly, timely and they do good work with a lifetime guarantee on the tint.

My daughter ended up at this provider after she had an appointment with another Angie's List provider where there seemed to be a lot of confusion, misunderstanding about the appointment and where she generally felt uncomfortable; so she left. We then looked on my mobile for another tint place via Angie's List. My daughter visited this provider that she ended up using. She only needed tinting due to my current window tint coming up on my driver's side window (the tint was 9 yrs old). In inquiring about tint removal and installing new tint she learned it'd be around $200. Luis was awesome. He patiently explained to her what they'd have to do and the different tint options. He was very personable. She took it in and had it all done there. It looks amazing. Everyone mentions it and better yet, she says she can see out the tinted windows at night. Her old tint was such that she had to roll down the windows at night to back out and turn into traffic. She's loving the new tint job. It helps keep the heat out and looks awesome doing it. Now I may take my car there too.

My wife is in love with the new tint on her Hyundai Sonata. We wanted to get it done to keep sun off of our baby's face. We didn't have an appointment, but they were able to fit us in the same day. We will use this place going forward for window tinting.

On time. Faster than promised. Inexpensive.

The experience was excellent. I called and set up an appointment that met my schedule. The phone conversation was very professional. Arrived on the date and time agreed upon. While waiting for the job to be completed, I did some office work in their lobby. They completed the work ahead of schedule, so I was able to leave early. They gave me instructions as to what to do with the tint once I left their place. Very professional, and it looks fantastic! Plus, they gave me exactly what I wanted. I will definitely recommend them to anyone in need of a window tint.

This was the #1 company listed in the Tampa area furnished by "Angie's List" Customer Service Dept. as I am a "new" member ... this should have been a simple inquiry about upgrading my "Auto Stereo System" ... When I did make several phone calls to them ... they were either too busy to speak with me, didn't speak English, only returned one phone call when it was inconvenient for me to speak with them ... and simply did not seem to be interested in providing the information I was seeking or doing business with me ... too bad for them, as I actually have 2 vehicles that I want to upgrade the sound system in ...

Time of delivery went well, and was even earlier than expected.

Showed up on a Saturday at 9 am without an appointment. The work was completed by approx 10:30. Excellent quality and no problrms thus far.

Called that morning asking when they had an appointment available. They said to be there in a couple of hours. We dropped the car off, and it was completed in 2 hours. Very good work. They were very helpful and friendly. We highly recommend them.

I wanted to surprise my wife with tinted windows for her car, so I made an appointment for 9am. I walked in and was greeted warmly. Luis walked me through all the different options and helped me select the one best for my family's needs. I wanted to block out the harsh sunlight for my 8 month old in the back seat. Luis told me it would take an hour and a half. I decided to wait and use their free wifi. The car was done in exactly the amount of time Luis said it would take. The tint job is perfect, and my wife says she feels like she is driving a new car.

Luis was excellent to work with and the project was done professionally and at a fair price. I've received several compliments on how great it looks. I would recommend Auto Solutions.

Got option on films....left car in the morning picked it up at night. He gave me instructions dos and don'ts. Tint looks great. Would definitely bring another car.

Spent about 5 minutes talking to the manager about choices, legal requirements, prices, and services. Then they got my car in right away and started work. Was out of there in a little under an hour overall. Very professional and quality work.

Great Price and Fast Service! This place it the best! I bought my remote start alarm online and took it here to get installed. They were by far the cheapest, and the most friendly. Louis did the install and had it done in 4hrs. They were the least expensive by about $100. Very knowledgable and very helpful. Will always go here and get work done! Went back a year or so later to get my window tint done and had another great experience with quality work!
