I paid $268.25 for the shop staff to install a backup camera in my car. When I picked the car up, I noticed that where they had installed the camera they had damaged the paint. It looks like the installer's screwdriver slipped and ripped the paint. (Pics attached). As soon as I saw it at the shop I went to the manager and told him but he immediately said we didn't do it, it came like that. I told that was not true and to speak with the person that had completed the install and ask but he refused to do so. He said well I can give you a auto detail. Granted, this shop also serves as a body shop. There were other related scratches that were received in the same incident. I did not accept the auto detail of course because that is not what I wanted out of my complaint. I understand that people make mistakes but not owning up to them is of poor taste. My car remains damaged and I will NEVER refer anyone to this facility and if anything, will continue to post my experience so others do not go through the same situation.

I appreciated the quick response from Eric and his staff. They accommodated me and I was very happy with the way my car looked after they were done. Definitely use them in future projects and recommend them to friends.

Installer left my vehicle dirty, glue dripped onto the a/c vents and also left a dirty rag on the dashboard.

After getting two estimates from other places I went to Auto Safe & Sound. The estimate they gave me was 25 to 30 percent less than others. They showed me completed work and work in progress. I returned two weeks later and asked to have my car done. They started on it almost immediately and finished in a timely manner. They do work for several auto dealers for window tinting, detailing, restoration, body work, electronics installation and servicing, security systems and upholstery.
