We originally found Auto Pro when our previous mechanic was on vacation.  What a blessing!  These guys are great. They answer any questions I have about the work that needs to be done or the work that was already done. They are usually available to do work the same day or the next day. The car is always ready when they say it will be ready. They don't try to get you to do a lot of unnecessary repairs. If you are on a budget or just don't want to put a lot of money into an old car, they will tell you what work should be done first, what is necessary and what can wait. I fell like we get a fair price and quality workmanship. I can't say enough good things about them.

Our son's car wouldn't start and he had it towed by AAA to Auto Pro.  They replaced the alternator and the battery and the car seemed to run fine for a day but then he was having trouble getting it to turn over expecailly in the morning.  This is a 2002 Explorer with 130,000 miles - no spring chicken.  They told him to try a couple of things to see if it would start and he found turning the ignition on and off several times before starting it worked.  He took it back in and they determined that the fuel pump was bad.  We explained that we replaced the fuel pump not too long ago and they suggested that we take the car back to the original garage because the part may be under warranty.  They were right and by being honest and fair they saved us about $500.  They also applied the AAA 10% discount to our original repairs without us even asking. 

Ken is the only mechanic who works on my 1994 Nissan Maxima. I had been taking my minivan to the Ford dealership for service, but it never seemed to run the way it used to, no matter what they did, and I had them do a lot. I knew I had to go somewhere else when I asked Ford to check on the transmission they had installed 3 months earlier. I was asked "Why should we check it if you say there is nothing going wrong?". Well , I would check it because it's a new install and eyeballing it could spot any problems that would cause trouble to happen.
Well Ken and John recommended things to do to the Windstar that I had Ford do within in the last two years. And because of the great work they always did with my Maxima, I told them to do what they thought was needed. I am not sorry, to say the least, as the minivan starts right up, even on these chilly winter mornings, and runs better than it has in years.

I've been using Auto Pro for several years and they've always been professional, courteous, timely and honest with fair prices. I have regular oil changes and scheduled service at my request - they've never tried to sell me things I do not need. I've had routine maintenance, new brakes, minor repairs, and body work. Fortunately my Subaru hasn't had any engine problems but when and if it does I'll definitely go to Auto Pro.

I asked if I could stop by to have the loose trim fixed and was told to come by in the afternoon. I was in and out within 10 minutes and he didn't charge anything.

They've recently added a website where your maintenance is tracked online, with appointment reminders and everything, so I really see no reason to pay the exhorbitant dealer prices (who last time I was there a couple of years ago tried to sell me two tires I didn't need for over $500 - I'm still driving on the same tires).
