Excellent from Ashe. They were able to come out exactly when I wanted (with a week notice), and were right on time. Removed numerous large mirrors and reinstalled after new kitchen and bathroom counters were put in place. Did the job well, professional, and I would hire them again for a larger project we have later this year. Recommend.

Dustin and Robert did a wonderful job! They were able to remove the mirrored pieces without totally destroying the glass leaving a huge mess (we were told the mirrors would have to be hammered off previously) with great patience and strength and knowledge. Nice job, guys! And thank you!

We live on a golf course so our house takes a few hits now and then. This time a window got broken. We called Ashe and then came out a few days later, meticulously measured the window (double paned with muttons), called us the same day with a quote, and installed the new window about ten days later. Staff who came out were courteous and knowledgeable and gave us a choice of time frames for the installation.  Very good experience.   I can't speak to the price as we did not get other quotes but it seemed reasonable for the work done.

They were very friendly and professional.  Cut and polished the glass so that it fit perfectly in the sliding gaps of the cabinet.

Installed mirrors in two bathrooms

They quoted a price over the phone with my measurements.  Because it was not just a rectangle or square, my concern was it being made and then not fitting.  For an additional fee they sent a man out the next day to measure and own the whole project.  The glass was completed by the end of the week and installed just as quickly.  There were no issues in the process.  I just wish the price to have them measure and install was notas expensive as it was; however, the company was up front with the pricing and therefore, I have no complaints.

I had intended on getting my bathroom mirrors replaced for some time but had not gotten around to it.

My son who is on the autism spectrum put his hand through the front window  and it needed to be replaced immediately, so I figured I would go ahead and get the mirrors done at the same time.

The estimator came out and indicated it would take ~ a week to get the new double paned window ready for install and that they could remove/replace the 3 big mirrors from the 2 bathrooms.

The window went in fine. One of the mirrors came in at the wrong size so they had to go back to the shop to get a new one.

I noticed when brushing my teeth later that a screw cover was missing from the faucet and called to see if they had noticed (heard something drop) where it could be ... no one knew anything about it ... no matter ... the manufacturer shipped me two new ones gratis

... after putting away the items I had stored so they could work I noticed a flaw behind the glass where the reflective material wasn't there ... it is about the size and shape of an ant ...maybe it was caused by the faucet cover hitting it when they put it up?  It is really small but it does catch my eye without my glasses and I think it is an ant every time.

I wish they had looked at the mirror before they had left ... I didn't call because I needed to move on the bathroom ... the painters were coming in and I didn't want two different crews bumping into each other.

Just be advised that you need to look things over before they leave.

Everything went as anticipated.  It would have preferred that they also replace the moldings on the windows but they don't do carpentry.

It went very well. Gave the measurements over the phone for an estimate. Then they came out for a full measurement and installed the glass with in a week. Very satisfied.

They gave me an estimate over the phone. They responded within 1.5 hours of my contacting them. They were friendly, courteous, got right to work and completed the project within about 1/2 hour. The amount I paid was the amount of the over the phone estimate. I would definitely recommend them to anyone requiring the services they perform.

My appointment time was 8 am and they showed up at 7:30. They were quick to get started and immediately took down the plywood we had temporarily covered the door with. They swept and shop vac'd all glass that remained, both in the house and on my patio. They then attempted to install the new pane and were having some trouble with it. The new pane broke due to the dry-rotted vinyl on the door. One of the installers took the entire door back to their shop, while the other remained to clean up the glass again. At the shop they replaced the vinyl and pane and the door came back good as new. They installed it, cleaned up their work area, and gave me advice on replacing my pin lock to a better location on the frame.
