We could not be happier with the work of Kip House. His quote was reasonable and well detailed. He estimated the project taking four weeks and it was completed exactly in four weeks. This even included a few additional changes such as framing a window, moving power outlets and adding additional backsplash. We have used several contractors in the past and he is by far the most patient and politest person we have ever worked with. Additionally, we was extremely clean though out the project and swept up each day before he left.
The work he performed was everything we had expected and I truly believe there is not a better contractor in Tampa bay. Our kitchen looks amazing and we will definitely be using him again in a few months to completely renovate our guest and master bathrooms.
