+ -1 moreTHIS COMPANY NEEDS TO CHECK VOICEMAIL ON A REGULAR BASIS AND/OR GET AN ANSWERING MACHINE TO ACCOMODATE MESSAGE TRAFFIC.
Description of Work: I CONFIRMED AN APPOINTMENT FOR JULY 14, 2004 FOR A FULL-HOUSE GUTTER ESTIMATE WITH SALLY OF ARTISTIC GUTTERS JULY 9, 2004. SHE EXPLICITLY ASKED THAT I CALL AND RESCHEDULE IF I COULD NOT KEEP THE APPOINTMENT. WHEN MY SCHEDULE CHANGED JULY 12TH, I CALLED THAT DAY AND JULY 13TH; I GOT ONLY A VOICE MAILBOX THAT WAS FULL AND IMPOSSIBLE TO LEAVE A MESSAGE IN. SINCE I HAD NOT BEEN ABLE TO COMMUNICATE A RESCHEDULE I CHANGED MY SCHEDULE BECAUSE I THOUGHT THEY WERE COMING ANYWAY. NO ONE CALLED, NO ONE CAME FOR THE APPOINTMENT.
