Exterminator was late so it was late in the day. When looking for holes to drill he became extremely angry and literly ran out the door. Even left his half empty can of Terminator spray. When called for refund was refused wanted another chance. DO NOT PAY THIS COMPANY UNTIL AFTER THE WORK IS DONE!

Difficult to get someone on the line (call center). Difficult to schedule an appointment for people who work during business days/hours. No specific appointment time; they give you a time frame. On several occasions: Tech not calling back when you leave him a message, tech not showing up for appointment, tech showing up late for appointment (called and said he was running 15 min late, according to my houseguest showed up 1h 15 min later). Last year a price increase of 20%.
