Although a death in the family is tragic, professionals should find a way to communicate with their potential customers promptly even in these situations. I left phone messages several times asking for call backs and asking if they were still in business. I was waiting on making decisions with this vendor and others and was set back significant time in getting making a decision from all of the professional quotations I requested.

When I came by for daily inspection it was a mess (they had protected walls with plastic) but the smell was horrible. Do not stay there while ceilings being redone. They finished the ceiling in the allotted time. Next were the walls and they moved quickly.  The trim was trickier as painting my railings was more challenging than anticipated.  Kris said it took more labor but stuck to the agreed on price.  He had me go around the house and mark spots I thought that they missed.  There is some peeling of the paint on my door trim.

Kris (Arrow) was in and out on the exact dates they specified for the price that was specified-- the contractor provided all materials, with no payment until all work was completely to our likings. The work looks great, and they really went over and above their requirements repairing our drywall, at no extra cost. Very professional, likeable and flexible folks.
