They take care of my home as if it were theirs - protecting the rest of the home as they work and always leaving things orderly and neat. Their work is excellent, and any sub-contractors they may need to employ are of the highest standard. Description of Work: I have used Armstrong Construction Services for several large projects on my house - from a re-build of exterior balconies to a complete master bath remodel.

+ -1 moreWe discovered extensive termite damage in wall during a kitchen remodel. We were in a bind as the kitchen was torn out and we could not proceed with the remodel until the wall repairs were done. Rob came out within a day of calling for an estimate. We got 4 other estimates that were all similar in price, however Rob offered warranties and no payment was requested until the job was completed (unheard of in my experience). In addition, he understood our situation and was able to fit us in within a week. He and his associate showed up on time every day until the job was completed, and cleaned up meticulously at the end of each day. The price went up from the original estimate due to additional damage discovered in ceiling and outside walls, but Rob had said that would be a possibility, so it was not a surprise. I am very happy with the work, and the company is prompt, courteous, and professional.
Description of Work: They replaced/repaired termite damaged beams in wall and ceiling.

+ -1 moreI LEFT A VOICE MAIL WITH MY NAME AND NUMBER ON AUGUST 17TH AND NO ONE ATTEMPTED TO CALL ME BACK. I WAS VERY DISAPPOINTED SINCE THEY HAVE AN ''A'' RATING AND THAT'S WHAT I'M LOOKING FOR. APPARENTLY THEY ARE TOO BUSY, SO I WILL GO ELSEWHERE.
