We discovered extensive termite damage in wall during a kitchen remodel. We were in a bind as the kitchen was torn out and we could not proceed with the remodel until the wall repairs were done. Rob came out within a day of calling for an estimate. We got 4 other estimates that were all similar in price, however Rob offered warranties and no payment was requested until the job was completed (unheard of in my experience). In addition, he understood our situation and was able to fit us in within a week. He and his associate showed up on time every day until the job was completed, and cleaned up meticulously at the end of each day. The price went up from the original estimate due to additional damage discovered in ceiling and outside walls, but Rob had said that would be a possibility, so it was not a surprise. I am very happy with the work, and the company is prompt, courteous, and professional.
