Carpet Installation
Overall, it was a very frustrating experience. Scott is very bad about returning phone calls. On several occasions, his cell phone was actually not in service. At other times, his voicemail was full, and I could not leave him a message. He delayed the installation date 3 times. When he finally arrived, the workmanship was OK, not great, and the clean-up was poor.
