+ -1 moreArmando did a great job for us... but it did seem to take a very long time. He works alone and is a "perfectionist". Since it was an "outside job", the time didn't bother us. He prepped all (caulk, etc.) and put two coats on some areas. We paid up-front for him to get the paint then paid in full when he was done. Really, really nice work. He gives a two-year guarantee on labor.
Description of Work: We needed the exterior of the house painted in full. Two colors (a lighter and a darker gray). Also pressure washing to start.
