There were huge gaps (this tile does not require grout but one most have knowledge of how to lay it), many of the stones were chipped, and he even laid one that had a red paint stain on it. Since the lowest quote I had was $850 to remove the tile, we had made an agreement on 5/17/2016 that he would remove his mess and we would call it even. he never came nor did he return any calls and texts from that point. I tried taking him to small claims court but he bounces from residence there is no place to serve him the papers. I wish I could attach the pictures and texts..Think long and hard before deciding to hire this "company"
