While a very nice guy, he refused to go to my edges and get pictures of my clips because he said my insulation was too thick and he did not want to accidentally go through my ceiling, so an incomplete inspection was done and could not be used for homeowners insurance. He did suggest I could get someone I know that is willing to go up and take pictures or go buy clips from HomeDepot and attach myself with 3 nails and take pictures. He attached an old overhead picture to his inspection that was of my old roof and still had the skylight which was removed when I got my new roof. He also tried to say the pictures from my previous completed inspection from the time I purchased my home were fake. I had to hire another company to come out and do a new inspection because my homeowner's insurance would not accept an incomplete inspection. My insurance company has removed them from their list of recommended inspectors.
