Bad. Good talker but didn't live up to all his claims. His helpers were new, and he was training them.
Description of Work: Used chemical cleaning of tile roof. Fred said he would not damage plants. They would cover the plants and water them so they would not get damaged. Wrong. They damged over $100 of plants, viburnum, crown of thorn plants 7, dwarp powder puff plants and several other plants. Damage of the plants were dispersed at various places around the house and not located in just certain aareas. The company used my hose and water. They lost the brass nozzle on my hose and never tried to offer replacement. When confronted Fred about the plant damage, he ssimply said that he gave me such a good price. Never at any point did he offer any restitution for the plant damage. I suggest that you don't deal with this company. The only thing he blamed was that my gutters didn't handle the water properly.
