AQUA KING POOL SVC INC

THis company was sent by my home warranty company. I had a ruptured underground pipe near my pump, and it took mulitple emails and calls over two days to actually get them on the phone to schedule the service call. I explained that it was an underground pipe that had burst and that water bubbled out of the ground when the pump was running.
 When he finally showed up, he looked at the ground and said yup, must be a pipe underground that ruptured. He then went to his car to contact the home warranty company for authorisation. He came back to tell me that he had to collect the $75 dollar service fee before he could get an authorisation. So I paid and he said he was going back to his truck to get the authorisation - but instead he pulled away from my house and left. Shortly after the warranty company called to tell me that A: I'm not covered for underground work (fine - I should have read the fine print). But spectacularly they also said that Aqua King doesn't even do any service on underground pipes. 
So this company came to my house and collected a service fee for a repair that they don't even provide.
