Appliance Master

Absolutely TERRIBLE! The customer service extended by Appliance Mater was as bad as I have ever experienced. Numerous promises were made that a technician would show up at a certain time, then never did show up at all, and not one time was a phone call initiated by Appliance Master to explain a delay or, in MOST cases, a "no-show." We were repeatedly mislead (at best) or lied to (at worst) on Appliance Master's plans/intentions to repair the refrigerator. Their attention to detail was absolutely horrible, e.g., they (either the technician or the supervisor) asked me personally for the serial number of the refrigerator at least four different times (they had recorded it a couple of times), and on two occasions when I called the supervisor to discuss the lack of progress, he had little-to-no recollection of our ongoing repair job whatsoever (very frustrating!). As my phone record indicates, on February 21 I spoke with the supervisor directly and requested he return the $148 for the fan motor never installed. He said he would do so and requested I send him my contact information (again!). I texted him that information the same day for which he confirmed receipt. To date I have NOT received a refund. I have attempted to contact the supervisor several times on THREE different phone numbers for Appliance Master and, when the opportunity was provided, I left a message requesting him to return my call. Several times I got a message: "The customer you called is not available." To date, NO REFUND and NO RETURN call to remedy this issue. I have been as factual and objective as possible in describing this experience. In summary, hire this company at your own risk!

They took my money and never came back with parts to repair my oven!! Do NOT use them they are scam artists!!
