David has now completed inspections on two of my homes. He does a very thorough job and found many underlying issues that other inspectors didn't notice. Both his breadth of knowledge and professionalism led to me wanting to write this review. Additionally his prices are very reasonable. Highly recommend.

David & his team are top tier professionals. David is a pleasure to work with. He is passionate about providing high quality home inspection services. He thoroughly inspected our home from top to bottom including all plumbing, wiring,HVAC, roof and mechanical systems. After the inspection he walked us through his findings and answered every question we had. We felt very confident knowing that we had a safe and well maintained home. David was professional and extremely knowledgeable. Also extremely thorough, and found items that the seller had insured us was fixed. The day our inspection was scheduled we had one of the heaviest rain storms in recent history. David didn't reschedule and perform the inspection (which included crawling into the crawl space under the house) as scheduled which gave us the option of closing early. 100% would use him again for all my inspection needs.

David was very thorough in his inspection of house we were considering purchasing. Due to some issues he pointed out, we followed through with having an engineering inspection. After we received the results of that, we decided not to purchase the house.
A few days later we found another house and David fit us into his schedule to perform another house inspection. Again, he was very thorough and professional. His report to us was very detailed and provided a comprehensive overview of the condition of the house.
We have since had him perform an additional four point inspection of our current house for insurance purposes. We will continue to use him for any future inspection work.

David was a true professional. He was early to our appointment and prior to any work performed he provided information on what he was going to do. He made sure I was comfortable with how he was going to perform the inspection and asked if I had any concerns. He took numerous pictures, voice notes and was well organized. After his initial inspection, he walked me through the home to point out his preliminary findings along with overall concerns with the house. The inspection was late Friday afternoon and he completed the report over the weekend and had it to me on Monday.

David Counts, owner of Any home inspection services was referred to me by my realtor. He was very friends, efficient and thorough. He took photos of each problem and the report he made had and gt;20 photos labeled individually. he was easy to work with.
