My only issue with him is that I called him about the special he was offering through AL of $79 to rekey four locks. He told me that the special had expired although it was showing up when I called him about it and is still showing up as of the date of this review. So I ended up paying him his normal price of $25 per lock.
Not the end of the world since it made a difference of $21 in the total cost but if a company is advertising a special on AL, then it should be honored. But having said this, even at the $25 per lock, the price was reasonable compared to other providers for this service.
