AMERICAN TERMITE PEST & LAWN

I do not recommend this company, they are not competent. They show up unannounced without an appointment. The two times they have come to my home I just see a person walking around my yard and my dog is barking like crazy. They have my contact information on file. I’ve spoken with them twice on the phone. The first time was because the rat bait statins they set up outside were a danger for my dog. They were plastic lightweight junk. They used a landscaping brick from my yard to hold them down. The rat bait blocks were not secure inside the bait station. Whenever it rained they were washed outside the bait statin. I informed them that this was happening and to pick them up. They showed up a week later unannounced again but only took two of them. They left the others in my front yard. The new bait stations were put out and I go outside to see them, they left bait blocks of rat poison on the ground next to the bait station. They also left some of the old bait that washed out of the old station too. They were told to pick them all up and to never come back to my home. They aren’t competent and put the life abs safety of my dog at risk. I wish I could give them zero stars.

Talon WeatherBlox XT can be bought on line without a license. Ron sent out an employee for the first initial visit. I asked what product they were using. They stated it was Talon WeatherBlox. I researched the product and was concerned that you can buy it on the internet without a license. Before they came to the house for a second time, I specifically asked them to use a product that I , a non-certified and non-licensed person, could not buy over the counter. Ron stated that you needed a license to buy this product and went into a spiel about how much certification was needed to buy it. He then stated that the product he uses is a higher more lethal product from the same company than the one i researched. Well it was all a lie. The employee showed up and the Talon WeatherBlox XT, the product he was ready to use, is an over the counter product that anyone can buy. Save yourself the expense. Go to Ebay, Amazon, and Google they all sell it. And if you look at the expiration date on the picture it expired 9/17..

Bob is the gentleman that takes care of us. We have been using them for over a year. We went from somebody that we had been using for many, many years and we have absolutely no complaints. They come out anytime we need them. They are excellent.
