They were very good based on the price and work they did. I think that they were respectful to me and they were on time. I had no problems with them. I would recommend them to other people and I would hire them again if needed.

AMERICAN SURVEY, INC. PROVIDED A PROMPT PROPOSAL WITH PRICING INDICATED FOR BOTH THE SURVEY AND ELEVATION CERTIFICATE AT $325 & $75. WE AUTHORIZED THEM TO PROCEED AND THE WORK WAS COMPLETED WITHIN THE TIGHT SCHEDULE WE HAD. ALL INFO PROVIDED WAS AS REQUIRED.

OUR REALTOR RECOMMENDED AMERICAN SURVEYING, INC. TO US. HIS RECOMMENDATION WAS BASED ON THEIR PAST PERFORMANCE. WE WERE ON A SHORT TIME LINE TO MAKE A CLOSING DATE. WE NEEDED THE SURVEY AND AN ELEVATION CERTIFICATION TO SECURE A MORTGAGE FROM THE BANK. THEY GAVE US THE FINAL REPORT ON TIME.
