Our realtor recommended this company, and I've had a very poor experience thus far. Currently, I'm on my third appraiser and fourth reschedule through a company they hire to bid out these contracts. I understand that the lender can't control the appraiser rescheduling; however, instead of proactively looking for a new bid, the lender sat on this information for 2 days before telling me they would look for a new appraisal company. This delay of course caused closing to be pushed back (again). There's no sense of urgency, care, or respect for my situation. They're failing to invest effort and flexibility to resolve my concerns and complaints. When they do call or email, it's the typical blow off; you can tell they're really not looking into helping you through this stressful process. I thought I would get better customer service going through a smaller company; however, I wish I would've gone to my normal bank. This is my third home purchase, and this is been the worst experience yet.
