Instalation went as expected, outcome was appealing, follow-up to my needs terrible

Recently purchased the house and was informed of the prior issues with the leaking roof. Prior owner had several companies attempt to fix, but none were successful. They kept re-sealing the sun room roof without considering or addressing the aluminum roof. Aluma-tile came out and initially also did some additional sealing as a test, informing me that if it didn't work they would need to look at the aluminum roof. Next rain the sun room roof still leaked. They returned shortly thereafter to perform repairs on the flashing and replace a couple rows of aluminum tiles surrounding the sun room roof. After they finished we had several substantial rain storms, and all was bone dry. We previously had four areas where water was getting in, but no longer. They found the problem and fixed it. Again, at least three other companies attempted to fix these leaks and were unsuccessful! Thanks Aluma-tile!

About 3 months after they installed the flat roof, it started leaking. I have called them several times and they have given me 4 different dates that they would come out to do the work but they have yet to actually show up. I even called the manufacturer of the roofing materials and told them about the issue. I received a call from Aluma-Tile the following day and they gave me 2 dates they would be out to repair the leak but didn't show for either. I called them again this morning but they are non-responsive.

They originally installed the roof. The man explained that the area was not under warranty which I was aware of. He was here for about four hours, and stuck to the quoted price. He did a great job and I will use them again. I did have a little trouble getting a hold of them, it was the rainy season, but once they came out they did a fantastic job and I was treated very well.

Beautiful roof! People knock on my door to ask who did it and if they can take a picture. Great price and the installer showed up earlier than they said and finished much sooner than they said. I was very pleased except - twice I have called because I wanted to have someone check it out (don't mind paying for service call if needed but it has a great warranty). Both times I spoke to a real person who said she'd leave the message. I was not called back either time. (I'd hire again IF they would come check it.)
