TED THE TECH WAS ON TIME, VERY POLITE AND NOT ONLY SET UP THE EQUIPMENT, IN ABOUT AN HOUR, BUT HE WAS ABLE TO EXPLAIN TO ME HOW IT WORKED IN NON GEEK SPEAK. THE OTHER THING I REALLY APPRECIATED IS THAT TED DOCUMENTED ALL OF THE PASSWORDS AND SECURITY SETTINGS AND PRINTED IT FOR ME FROM ALL OF MY COMPUTERS AS THE TEST PAGE! HE WAS RECOMMENDED BY A FRIEND AS HE HAD JUST MOVED TO DUNEDIN FROM MIAMI TO OPEN TAMPA FOR HIS COMPANY.
Description of Work: WIRELESS NETWORK INSTALLATION IN MY HOME FOR 3 COMPUTERS AND A WIRELESS PRINT SERVER. THEY INSTALLED A WIRELESS ROUTER TO MY BRIGHTHOUSE CABLE CONNECTION AND CONFIGURED 2 LAPTOPS AND A HOME PC AS WELL AS MY PRINTER WITH A WIRELESS PRINT SERVER.
