tv repair
 + -1 moreIt went very well. it took about an hour to have the tv repaired.
Description of Work: the big screen tv went out. the model information was given over the phone so when Mr. Nguyen arrived, he had the correct part to repair it & it was repaired by the time he left. it's been a while so i have the date wrong.

 + -1 moreI found them in the phone book. It's a really small company. It's basically one technician. He came out to the house and when he saw our TV he basically gave us advice on how to take care of it going forward. He came on time, he had a very professional diagnostic program that he ran to determine the problem, and he repaired it. That was three months ago and everything's still fine. That's why we went to him when we had the problem with the CD player, and he found a very inexpensive solution to the problem. It's an old player but he found the part that we needed and installed it at the price he said he would do it for. He explained everything he was doing as he was doing it.
Description of Work: They did repairs on our six year old television and a CD player.
