It went very well. it took about an hour to have the tv repaired.

I found them in the phone book. It's a really small company. It's basically one technician. He came out to the house and when he saw our TV he basically gave us advice on how to take care of it going forward. He came on time, he had a very professional diagnostic program that he ran to determine the problem, and he repaired it. That was three months ago and everything's still fine. That's why we went to him when we had the problem with the CD player, and he found a very inexpensive solution to the problem. It's an old player but he found the part that we needed and installed it at the price he said he would do it for. He explained everything he was doing as he was doing it.
