ALOHA HARDWOOD FLOORS

I left Mr. Ryan a message over a month ago that I needed an estimate to have my wooden floor refinished and he DID NOT CALL ME BACK! I then called a SECOND TIME two days ago and he finally called. He apologized at first and said he was very busy moving etc., and we set up an appointment for an estimate for today , March 21, 2013 at 9:00 a.m. I received a message on my answering machine ( 15 minutes before the appointment) that he was just TOO BUSY AND BACKED UP WITH WORK to even come out and give me an estimate and that he CANNOT DO THE JOB FOR ME ANYWAY! I was shocked at what I was hearing! He then suggested he can refer someone else to do the job if I wanted to and to let him know. I called him back and left him a message on his answering machine that while I was very disappointed , I would really appreciate a referral because I need my floor to be refinished. STILL WAITING TO HEAR FROM HIM! I am happy for Ryan that he has enough work on hand that he can afford to reject other job opportunities! Unfortunately, not a happy ending for me! :(

He was really good and the floors were reasonably priced. The guy was really nice and passionate about what he does. The overall work was excellent. His work definitely showed how passionate he was about his profession. It cost us $1500 for them to pull up the old floors. We paid $2000 for the labor but he helped us get a good deal with the flooring. The job went very well and he was able to finish it in five days. They were efficient, they were on time, they were professional, and they kept the house clean while they worked. They were nice people to work with and the job was outstanding. I would definitely recommend this company to others. I am recommending his expertise, the quality of his work, the pricing, and the fact that he is nice to work with.

John did an excellent job. He was punctual, courteous, and a hard worker. When he left, he cleaned up all construction materials and debris. We also added the entry foyer after the work began and they were able to accommodate this change in their schedule. This is a young but very professional company.
