All Trades Historical Restoration

we were very impressed with the technical skills and professionalism of the craftsman we worked with over an 11-month process; the mason, and two carpenters each spent over six weeks at the house working on the masonry, windows and decorative headers and related carpentry work - each was consistently friendly, productive, and informative, in addition to their technical expertise; this company specializes in restoration of historic properties - they deeply understand the technical and aesthetic issues and employ high experienced tradespeople; Cassie (owner) and Jason (project manager on last project) were responsive, informative and easy to work with; they only issue revolved around communication and scheduling - we didn't always know when a craftsman would show up and there were periods when no work was done while they diverted resources to other projects - they're a bit over-extended but demand for their services is deservedly high

The craftsman, Wyatt, was very detail-oriented, tidy, and happy to share tips about repairing wood and repairing & cleaning vintage doorknobs.  The owners, Cassie and Jeff, weren't always prompt in following up from my queries but I sense they're managing much larger projects.  We'll likely use them again to repair our wood windows and exterior masonry.
